How long will it last in the fridge?

We don't encourage refirgirating our hummus and msabaha. Flavors change after refrigeration and degrade the quality of our products. However, if you don't eat it right away and need to keep your hummus in the fridge, it can last for about five days.

 

I keep trying to schedule a drop off, but you're not able to accommodate. What's the deal?

Brooklyn Hummus is a small operation. In fact, everywhere on this web site where we say "we", we actually mean "me". Brooklyn Hummus is currently a one man show. We appreciate your patience and will try to get you the good stuff when we can. Just keep trying.

 

I scheduled a pick up location with you, but you haven't shown up. Why is that and what should I do?

We deliver by train. We send a message when we're heading out. But as a New Yorker you probably know that trains are sometimes unreliable. If we are too late and you can't wait any longer, please send us a message letting us know you won't be showing up. If we find ourselves waiting for you for too long, we'll do the same.

 

I'm throwing a party and would like to order a big tub of hummus. Do you do that kind of thing?
